Donations
Donations play a crucial role in supporting youth field hockey programs. They provide essential funding for first aid equipment, and facilities, ensuring that young athletes have access to quality resources. Additionally, donations help minimize costs for AEDs, tournaments, and scholarships, making the sport more accessible to all children. By contributing, donors foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

First Aid Equipment
First aid equipment, such as ice packs and bandages, is vital to a successful sports program. Each coach is provided a first aid kit and a box of ice packs. These need to be replenished every season. Ice packs are not reusable and need to be replenished throughout the season.
AED
An Automated External Defibrillator is crucial for youth sports as it can save lives during cardiac emergencies. With young athletes participating in high-energy activities, the risk of sudden cardiac arrest, though low, is real. Having an AED on-site ensures that immediate medical assistance is available, significantly increasing the chances of survival. Educating coaches, parents, and players ensures its use can make a vital difference in emergency situations.

We are actively pursuing grants to assist with the purchasing of AEDs. These devises are expensive and have an expiration.

Facilities
Field time, field maintenance, indoor courts, referrees and league dues are recurring costs every season.
