High-Octane Spring Training Awaits
We are gearing up for a high-intensity spring season focused on one goal: elevating every player’s game. Our expert coaching staff has designed a curriculum centered on tactical skill building, high-volume stick work, and specialized conditioning.
Whether your daughter is an elementary schooler picking up a stick for the first time or a middle schooler preparing to dominate at the high school level, she will find a home with Clark-Garwood Field Hockey. Our structure ensures structured coaching and plenty of touches on the ball.
The Spring Season Dates: March 23 – May 30
The Location: Garwood Sports and Recreation Center
Introducing the "Cardio Edge" – A Secret Weapon for Grades 6-8
Field hockey is a game of skill, but it is also a game of grit and endurance. For our middle school athletes (Grades 6–8), we are offering an optional, game-changing advantage: The "Cardio Edge."
This dedicated hour of high-intensity conditioning is designed specifically to build "game-ready" endurance and agility. Scheduled on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, the Cardio Edge program gives our players the physical conditioning they need to maintain their peak performance through the final whistle. It is the perfect way to gain a competitive advantage for club and school seasons.
Your Weekly Training Roadmap
Training groups are structured by school grade or age group (based on the player's age as of July 31, 2025). This ensures optimal coaching and development for every stage.
Here is a glimpse of our robust weekly schedule:

U10 and U12 Skills: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
